John Schwitzer represents clients in probate and guardianship matters, including independent and dependent administrations, heirship determinations, will contests, and related estate administration proceedings. In these matters, he prepares and files probate pleadings, inventories, accountings, and related court documents; appears at hearings and trials; and advises clients on estate settlement, creditor claims, family allowances, and the distribution of estate assets. He also assists clients with estate planning by evaluating their goals, family circumstances, and assets, and preparing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate-planning documents.
