JOANNA BAIRD

Probate – Guardianship – Medicaid

BIOGRAPHY

Joanna was born and raised near San Angelo, Texas, and her passion for animals translated to working as a Veterinarian Technician for eight years prior to attending law school. Caring for sick animals reinforced Joanna’s compassion for pet owners, and ensuring their full understanding of their pet’s condition and method of treatment. That experience created a desire in Joanna to help families work through their most difficult times. Assisting clients when they are faced with the daunting task of acting as a loved one’s legal guardian in their time of need and dependency or probating a family member’s estate, evokes a heartfelt motivation in Joanna. She guides clients through the process with clarity and empathy. Joanna strives to assist each client in making informed decisions based on each individual’s own circumstances and needs.

Joanna earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with two minors, Criminal Justice and Psychology. She moved to Fort Worth in 2014 to continue her education. Joanna graduated with honors with her Juris Doctorate from Texas A&M University School of Law and is licensed to practice in the State of Texas.
